Armenia's highest peak (4090 m) — a challenging but achievable summit for fit hikers.
Aragats has four summits; this trek targets the Southern (3879 m) for intermediate hikers or the Northern (4090 m) for advanced. Start from Amberd fortress ruins (2300 m), ascend alpine meadows and volcanic scree, reaching the crater lake between summits. All gear, guide, and safety equipment included.
